Galison/Mudpuppy Holiday Party
The annual Galison/Mudpuppy holiday party took place last week.
We celebrated the approaching holiday season with a get together at our New York offices. Everyone chipped in and brought a dish to share. And there was a little champagne, and, the ever festive, egg nog too!
The office had a blast taking a little break and enjoying the creations brought in, to kick off the season.

Galison has a Midnight Bloom sale on the shortest day of the year!
Today is the Winter Solstice. Just when there's the day's light is shortest, we thought about the far north's long summer nights and their midnight sun.
In honor of all this light and dark, we've put the Midnight Bloom pattern on SALE!
This file tote, for example, is a stylish way to organize paperwork, and it's now half price!
The matching memo mousepad, also on sale, is one of my own favorites--always handy for writing down coupon codes and temporary passwords while doing some midnight shopping! There are matching sticky notes, decorative business card files, and pencil cups, too.
But the best thing of all is that from now on, days will get longer!

Tonight is the first night of the eight day celebration of Hanukkah in the Jewish faith.

National Cupcake Day!
Today is National Cupcake Day!!
What better way to celebrate the middle of December, and only 10 days to Christmas, than with a sweet treat?
Cupcakes are that perfect piece of cake baked just for you.
You can have the traditional chocolate cake with chocolate frosting or yellow cake with vanilla frosting.
Or maybe be a little more daring with a strawberry filled cupcake, topped with white chocolate frosting and a fresh strawberry!
The possibilities are endless; coconut, lemon meringue, s’mores, key lime, chocolate chip. …we could go on and on.We didn’t get to eat a cupcake ourselves today, but we at least got to look at all our Galison cupcake products to brighten our day! (or did it make it worse?)
